1. Carburization Lub luag haujlwm ntawm columnar graphite carburizer yog dab tsi?
Vim tias columnar graphite muaj cov pa roj carbon ntau, nws lub luag haujlwm tseem ceeb tshaj plaws yog txhawm rau ntxiv cov pa roj carbon rau cov kua hlau lossis cam khwb cia hlau los pab ua kom tiav cov ntsiab lus carbon. Qhov sib ntxiv ntawm carburizer tuaj yeem txhim kho hardness, lub zog, toughness thiab lwm yam khoom ntawm cov hlau los yog castings, thiab txhim kho lawv qhov zoo tag nrho.
2. Deoxidation Lub luag haujlwm ntawm columnar graphite carburizer yog dab tsi?
Nyob rau hauv cov txheej txheem smelting, lub columnar graphite tuaj yeem hnov mob nrog cov pa oxygen hauv cov hlau molten los tsim cov pa roj carbon dioxide lossis carbon monoxide gas, yog li txo cov pa oxygen hauv cov hlau molten thiab ua tiav lub hom phiaj ntawm deoxidation. Deoxidation yog ib qho tseem ceeb heev los txhim kho qhov zoo ntawm cov hlau molten, txo cov porosity tsis xws luag thiab ua kom cov yield.
3. Txhim kho fluidity thiab castability ntawm molten steelLub luag haujlwm ntawm columnar graphite carburizer yog dab tsi?
Vim hais tias cov columnar graphite nws tus kheej muaj lub zog kub oxidation tsis kam thiab thermal stability, nyob rau hauv cov txheej txheem casting, nws tsis tsuas yog muab cov nyhuv carburization, tab sis kuj txhim kho cov fluidity ntawm cov kua hlau thiab cov formability ntawm castings, txo cov casting tsis xws luag.
4. Txhim kho qhov kub thiab txias zog thiab hnav tsis kam Lub luag haujlwm ntawm columnar graphite carburizer yog dab tsi?
Nyob rau hauv cov txheej txheem smelting ntawm steel, lub cylindrical graphite carburizer pab txhim kho lub siab kub lub zog thiab hnav tsis kam ntawm steel, tshwj xeeb tshaj yog nyob rau hauv zus tau tej cov hlau alloy siab thiab cam khwb cia hlau, uas muaj peev xwm ho txhim kho lub hnav tsis kam thiab kev pab cuam lub neej ntawm cov khoom tiav. .
